Attendance, Cancelations, and Make Ups

Student are assigned a weekly designated lesson time that remains that students time until lessons are canceled.  Lessons take place during that designated time slot.  

It is the responsibility of the student to inform the instructor that they will not be attending a lesson.  

All students need to give notice when a lesson is going to be missed by 7pm the night before or will be financially responsible for the lesson. Notice can be given via email or phone and messages are accepted.  Likewise, students who do provide notice by 7pm the previous night will not need to pay for the lesson.  Further advanced notice is appreciated so other students who looking to schedule additional or make up lessons can fill in that open time slot.  

More than three cancellations in a three month period will require scheduling reevaluation.

Ad Hoc Additional and Make-up lessons will be available  as the instructor’s schedule permits.  Often these lessons will be offered at short notice as they become available.
