Hello Students and Parents!
I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to a happy and productive fall! Next month will mark one year of teaching in Ventura. To date I have over 20 regular students locally and through Skype, with more students starting every week! I have BCC’d all my students; current, new, and wait listed in this important email. Excited to be working with you all!
Scheduling
As we embark on a new school year I want to make sure my teaching schedule is sound and has a place for all of you in it!! Ideally your current lesson time is still working and no change is needed. Should you need to make a scheduling change, I have attached an availability form below. Please mark your available times and and get it back to me asap so I can rearrange my schedule to fit your needs. Likewise, if you are open to changing lesson times I would appreciate your availability too as it could really help out another student.
Unfortunately scheduling conflicts may exist. Should I be unable to accommodate a scheduling change at this time, I will keep your form and get you back on the schedule as soon as something opens up in your availability range! This of course is not my hope as I want to keep working with all my students!
Reminder
As a reminder, I require 24 hours notice for all not emergent cancellations. Payment is expected for last minute cancellations as I would be unable to fill those slots in that short time frame. Make-up and additional lessons are offered, availability permitting.
